Citrus Heights Community Center – New Wedding Venue

Party of 2, as part of our association with the Sacramento Wedding Network, recently attended a planners and event organizers pre-launch of the brand new Citrus Heights Community Center where we were given the royal grand tour of the new facility, introduced to all its’ amenities, and treated to a magnificent feast by several of Sacramento’s top caterers.

The Citrus Heights Community Center is located at 6300 Fountain Square Drive right across from City Hall and can accommodate anywhere from up to 12 to 1000 people!  It has the ability to hold multiple events daily and has state of the art audio and visual aid equipment throughout the building.  All types of events are welcome, including but not limited to, weddings, fundraisers, parties, Cinco de Mayo and many other community events. 

The Center offers various Wedding and Party packages, with hourly rates for residents starting at $100 and increasing to $150 for the larger Rose Garden Package for an 8 hour minimum which includes a 1 hour rehearsal time.  The facility décor is quite lovely and very eye soothing with clean lines and the color scheme will easily accommodate any wedding or party scheme.  While limited somewhat in outdoor-scapes, there is a small courtyard Patio and front fountain, so the professional photographer should be able to make the most of these vignettes.  For further information and availability be sure to check the website.

Last, but certainly not least, we must mention the fantastic food we sampled all night long!  A big thank you to all the great chefs and caterers for the great displays and all the time spent in preparing such great food for us all.  We highly recommend them all:
