“Day of Direction” Package      $500.00*

Wedding Day Only Direction:

  •  Telephone Planning Consultation – Ceremony and Reception – 2 Hours
  • Vendor Confirmations – 1 week out
  •  Rehearsal Walk Thru – 1 Hour
     Wedding Day Direction at One Location thru Cake-Cutting
  • 2 hours prior/6 hours Maximum
  • Unlimited E-mail Consultations with 24 hour turn around service
  • One Professional Coordinator for Wedding Day

*Starting prices are based on a guest count of 100 or less, bridal party of 10 or less, and Monday – Thursday event day*”

 

“Petite Party” Package:            $850.00*

You do the planning, select your vendors and location, then just relax and leave the coordination of your wedding day to us. One half of the cost of the “Invitation” consultation is included in this package.

Basic Wedding Day Coordination:

  • Planning Consultation- Ceremony and Reception – 2 Hours
  • Rehearsal Coordination – 2 Hours
  • Wedding Day Coordination at One Location with written Wedding Day Timeline – 6       hours
  • Unlimited E-mail Consultations
  • One Professional Coordinator for Wedding Day

*Starting prices are based on a guest count of 50 or less, and Monday – Thursday event day.  Must be purchased at least one month prior to event.

“Soiree Party” Package:          $995.00**

You will still do the planning, select your vendors and location, but now just relax and leave the special day details to us. One half of the cost of the “Invitation” consultation is included in this package.

Basic PLUS Wedding Day Coordination:

  • Planning Consultation- Ceremony and Reception – 2 Hours total
  • Final, On-Site Planning Meeting- Ceremony and Reception – 2 Hours total
  • Rehearsal Attendance/Manage- 2 Hours
  • Preliminary Vendor Confirmations
  • Vendor Check Distribution
  • Oversee Vendor Set-up
  • Coordinate Return of Rental Items
  • Wedding Day Coordination at Two Locations with written Wedding Day Timeline – 6 hours
  • Unlimited E-mail Consultations
  • One Professional Coordinator plus assistant for Wedding Day

**Starting prices are based on a guest count of 75 or less, and Monday – Thursday event day.  Must be purchased at least one month prior to event.

“Grand Gala Party” Package:          $2,200.00***

Relax!  We do the planning, assist in the select of vendors and location, and leave all the details to us.   The cost of the “Invitation” consultation is included in this package.  Final week vendor confirmation will remain with client and this package is only available 6 months in advance of wedding date.

Deluxe  Wedding Day Management and Coordination -  Includes all items in Soiree Party Package, Plus:

  • Unlimited Phone Calls
  • Advice/assistance on all aspects of engagement, wedding, honeymoon planning and vendor selection
  • Vendor Appointment Scheduling
  • Attendance at Second/Tasting Vendor Meetings
  • 1 additional planning meeting – 2 hours

***Starting prices are based on a guest count of 125 or less, and Monday – Thursday event day.  Must be purchased at least one month prior to event. RSVP Services available starting at $75.00, 100 guest count or less, $1.00 per guest thereafter.

For all events held Friday – Sunday, prices will be adjusted for guest count and day of event.
