Invitation Consultation
Even if you have selected your location and vendors, don’t feel it is too late to hire a wedding coordinator. Our specialty is stepping in late in the planning process to help manage the details in the last couple of months, along with the Wedding Day events, to ensure a stress-free celebration!
Be sure if you are looking for a “Day-of” wedding coordinator, in order to save money, that you remember that it is nearly impossible for any consultant to provide you with effective service, if all they do is merely “show up” on your wedding day. True “Day-of” coordination should involve meeting with you prior to your event, a review of your vendor contracts, developing a detailed timeline and floor plan, vendor confirmations, and oversee the rehearsal. At Party of 2, all our coordination packages include this minimum level of service!*

“Invitation” Consultation: 1 ½ hours – $65.00
We invite every couple to invest in this initial meeting. It is a great way to start the planning process, on any budget! When you sign-up for one of our Basic Packages, this cost is either partially discounted or it may even be free!
